I thought the voice sounded familiar when listening to the episode, and then I heard the name Billie Mae Richards in the credits, which I thought was the name of the Canadian actress who played Rudolph (aside from Burl Ives, the voice cast for “Rudolph” was primarily comprised of Canadian actors). I did a little research and, sure enough, it was her.

Since adult female voice actors often would be called on to play male children, I’m not too surprised, but now I can’t unhear Rudolph when listening to this episode. 🙂

Very good and entertaining assessment of it, though.

While I’m pretty sure Eric was joking when he said he wanted a Nightfall playlist, I want to suggest some music for anyone like me who actually *enjoys** the Nightfall music – I would strongly recommend you check out basically anything on the Italians Do It Better label (www.italiansdoitbetter.com) – primarily stuff from Symmetry, Chromatics (RIP – at least the instrumental works), Johnny Jewel, etc.
And if you try it out, let me know here what you think!
